Yeah I've seen this one! There's a few others out there that have been floating around for a while now too. I would argue that Anno 2070 is pretty solarpunk with the Eden Initiative faction but its fairly rare to get a city builder like that - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2A6EK9Xq9w
